Stephen G. Cook Engineering, Inc. is a full-service civil engineering consulting firm which provides community planning, civil engineering, land surveying (both conventional and GPS), project management and construction management services in the state of Texas. The company has personnel with decades of private and municipal project experience including platting, rezoning, street reconstruction projects, utility design, drainage studies, site layout plans and wastewater treatment facility design. SGCE also offers a variety of additional services such as foundation design, elevation certificates, wind bracing, TABC surveys, various types of inspections (foundations, framing, Phase I Environmental, pre-pour, structural, etc.) and more.  It receives high praise from clients for its personal, responsive service. 

Steve and Lee Ann Cook co-founded their firm in 1999.  Steve graduated with a degree in surveying engineering from the University of Maine at Orono, one of the top engineering schools in the country and has many years' experience as a professional consulting civil engineer and registered professional land surveyor. Lee Ann has a background in marketing and business management and is helping raise the next generation of civil engineers.  Her father is a civil engineer and Steve and Lee Ann's son, Addison Cook, joined the firm after graduating from Texas A&M in 2018 with a degree in chemical engineering.
